We bring schools and agencies together to help students in special education programs make the transition from school to whatever the next step in their journey is, whether it’s postsecondary education or employment.
MISSION
The committee, through inter agency networking, will work to empower young adults with disabilities to recognize and address their needs to assist in transition to their next phase of life.
VISION
To provide an avenue for students, parents, educators, and the community to promote, develop, and implement transitional service in Winnebago, Boone, and Ogle Counties.
